When designing a new piece, we go a long way to source materials that are exactly right. Whether that&rsquo;s upholstery fabric, metal, stone or wood, we look to the people who know the material best to turn it into a finished piece, giving us expertly crafted pieces that you won&rsquo;t find anywhere but your home.&nbsp;

Our carpenters, upholsterers and stone workers use traditional techniques that have been passed down through generations of Portuguese artisans and we invest in state-of-the-art technology to ensure each piece is exquisite to look at and a treat to use.&nbsp;

Why stop at exquisite when you could achieve perfection? Our unique approach to interiors allows you to take one of our pieces and make it entirely your own. Be it a chair, sofa or side table, you can reimagine our designs by choosing from a wealth of fabrics, metals, woods and stone and modifying to the colour palette. Before we reveal all, we&rsquo;re giving you a taste of what&rsquo;s to come by exploring the inspiration behind our new season.

At Frato, we look to the world around us for inspiration. We&rsquo;ve put together moodboards of finds that have helped us to create our latest season. You&rsquo;ll spot everything from hotel menus to scraps of fabric and chocolate wrappers to magazines. &nbsp;

Our colour palette focuses on hues that bring warmth to your home. Think burnt shades such as rust orange and deep red, offset with gentle pink tones. Midnight blues remind us of the autumn night sky, while light grey shades make us think of winter sunrises.&nbsp;
 &nbsp; When it comes to textures, we&rsquo;ve been inspired by everything from marble tiles to retro geometric patterns. Breathing new life into them, we&rsquo;re combining rich shades with sumptuous fabrics. Think deep piles that are cosy to snuggle up against or sink your feet into on cold mornings. The result? A vibrant at-home haven you can escape to to wait out (or enjoy) the colder months of the year.

And just because vacation season has come to an end doesn&rsquo;t mean we stop exploring. Our new collection is inspired by some of our favourite trips of the summer, from the laid-back arts scene of San Francisco to the luscious nature of the Amalfi coast and the historic landmarks of Japan. &nbsp;
